Event Management - Campus France Study Expo

Served as a key member of the event management team for the Campus France Study Expo. My responsibilities included managing and welcoming all university delegates, providing them with logistical support, and ensuring they were set up for a successful event. I also acted as a primary point of contact for students, proactively addressing their queries and helping them connect with the right representatives. My efforts contributed directly to a smooth, organized, and positive experience for all attendees and delegates.
